Volunteering.

Scouting runs entirely on volunteers. People from all walks of life help in many different ways to support us in providing life changing adventure and skills for life to the young people in and around Great Sutton and Ellesmere Port.

There is so much you can offer, and you can give as much or as little time as you want to, there really is a role for everyone. Our roles range from working directly with young people, to supporting roles, management and trustee roles. You could use your everyday skills to support young people or decide that you would like to do something completely new!

There is support and training to help you get the most out of any role in Scouting. We will tailor the opportunities and support to suit you, and you do not need to have been a Scout or Guide in the past to join us! We are always on the lookout for new people with new ideas to help improve what we do.

We have young people who are waiting to join Scouting and start their adventure, could you help them do this? If you would like to know more about getting involved, we would love to hear from you. Please contact us through our contacts page.

If you have survived the perils of growing up and made it to Adulthood, then you have the Skills for life. Come and join us and pass these skills on !

” COME JOIN THE FUN !! “

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
